3. How to Make a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging (if available) and include your order number and Return Authorization Number inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided in your return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

4. Refunds and Processing

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
  • If the return does not meet our criteria, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges
